Office Manager (part-time)

We are looking for someone to join our team on a part-time basis as Office Manager based at our head office. Duties will include:

  • Credit control
  • reviewing account applications
  • telephone and face to face customer service
  • email correspondence
  • checking invoices
  • managing staff
  • attending management meetings

The ideal candidate will have experience in credit control (although not essential), managing people, a good telephone manner, be approachable, computer literate with MS Office (excel, word, outlook etc.) and willing to learn how to use internal software and programs.

Salary: DOE

Hours: 09.30 – 14.30 (Mon-Fri)
